RICHESSE Caine Plus+ is a topical skin anaesthetic cream containing two active ingredients: lidocaine and prilocaine. Each pack contains 500 g. The red carton distinguishes Plus+ from the navy Caine with 10.56% lidocaine. The formulas differ and should not be substituted without medical assessment.
The declared formula contains 25 mg lidocaine and 25 mg prilocaine per gram of cream, equivalent to 2.5% of each. Plus+ identifies the combination of ingredients; it does not establish greater effectiveness than Caine 10.56%.
